Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (e.g., clearance, personalized products) cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.

We’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns (without approval) will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Lost return packages are not our responsibility.
4. Refund Process

Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
5. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only (no direct exchanges).

To "exchange," place a new order after your return is processed.
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Intimate/sanitary products, custom-made items, and discounted clearance goods.
